Password Protection

By default, when you share an ROI Model, Economic Impact Calculator, anyone with the link can view the resource. To restrict access, you can add a password. Anyone visiting the unique link will be prompted to enter the password before they can view the shared resource. More

Folder

Add or Remove from a Folder.

Connections

If the Model is used within other ekphrastic content (Collections or embedded within an uploaded PowerPoint Presentation) you can view where the Model is connected and remove those connections if needed.

Edit Settings

Edit the model’s name and description, update branding, apply tags, and make other customizations as needed—including adding a logo or applying a saved template theme. The same functions which are avialable when creating.

Publish

You can publish or unpublish a model. Visitors who view an unpublished model will see a message indicating that the model is currently unavailable.

Layout Configuration

Indicates the Layout of the given ROI Model or Economic Impact Calulator (Mouse over for Description)

PDF Report

By default, an Interactive Economic Impact Calculator or ROI Model can generate a professionally formatted PDF report based on your model design for a prospect or visitor. The button to generate the report appears at the bottom of each page within the model.

You can choose to enable or disable this feature for your prospects. To manage this setting, click the PDF icon located beneath the desired model in the ekphrastic.io platform.

Author Profile

Choose whether your author profile information is displayed in the model to your prospect or customer.

Dark Mode

Dark mode is a display setting for your models that applies only to the model viewer, not the model editor. It displays the model with a black background and white text.

Copy

Duplicate an existing model.

Share

To email an Interactive Economic Impact Calculator or ROI Model, simply select the ‘Share’ option for the model you wish to send. More

Scheduler

Scheduler a future date to publish or unpublish a ROI Model or Economic Impact Calculator.

Add Sales Collateral

Add Sales Collateral (PDF Files, Presentations and Videos) to an ROI Model or Economic Impact Calculator.

Edit (Model Builder & Orchestration)

Launches the Model Editor allowing you to create or edit an existing Interactive ROI Model or Economic Impact Calculator More
