Email Sharing & Tracking
To email an Interactive Economic Impact Calculator or ROI Model, simply select the ‘Share’ option for the model you wish to send.
From there, you can generate a unique styled shareable link and choose to email it directly to your prospect or customer.
Enable Analytics Tracking: Choose whether you want to track visitor engagement for the shared model.
Email Notifications: If tracking is enabled, you can also choose to receive email notifications when the model is viewed.
Manage Notifications: After sharing, you can disable email notifications at any time from the Visitor Analytics Report page.
Add Internal Reference: You can include a reference name for the shared link. This is for internal use only and will not be visible to recipients.

Click the Copy Button
In Outlook or your preferred email application, go to the body of your email, then right-click ("secondary click" or "Control-click" on a Mac) and select “Paste Formatted” to insert a styled version of the email link.
If you are using a web-based email client like Google G Suite, right-click (or Control-click on a Mac) and select "Paste" to retain the correct formatting
This ensures the link retains its branding and formatting for a more professional appearance.

Why we use this method
By using this method—rather than sending the email directly from the application—the thumbnail image is immediately displayed in the recipient’s inbox.
There’s no need for the prospect or customer to download the image, which often signals that the message was sent from an automated system. This results in a more seamless and visually engaging experience the moment they open the email.
