Managing ROI Models
Your My ROI Models & Calculators workspace is where you manage the models and calculators you've created or imported into Ekphrastic.
From here, you can open models for editing, configure them, preview published models, duplicate them, organise them, share them or delete models you no longer need.
Open a model
Find the model you want to work with in My ROI Models & Calculators.
Open the model when you want to continue building or refining it in ROI Studio.
ROI Studio is where you work with the model's inputs, outputs, formulas and presentation.
Detailed guidance for working inside ROI Studio is covered separately.
Configure a model
Use the model's configuration options when you want to update its general settings.
Configuration is separate from editing the calculations inside ROI Studio.
This distinction can be useful when deciding where to make a change:
Use the workspace configuration for the model's general settings.
Use ROI Studio for the model itself, including its inputs, outputs and calculations.
Preview a model
Use Preview when you want to see the published version of a model.
Preview is only available when the model is published.
If the model is unpublished, Ekphrastic will indicate that Preview is unavailable until the model is published.
Preview and Share are different actions. Preview lets you inspect published content from your workspace. Share provides a URL that you can send to someone.
For more information, see Publishing Content.
Duplicate a model
Duplicate an existing model when you want to create a new model using an existing one as your starting point.
The duplicate becomes a separate model in your workspace, allowing you to adapt it without changing the original.
This can be useful when:
Creating a variation for another opportunity
Reusing an existing model structure
Adapting a model for another customer
Experimenting with changes while preserving the original
Existing tracked share links and their engagement history are not transferred to the new duplicate.
After duplication, review the new model's configuration and content before using it.
Import a model from your Library
If a reusable model is available through your Library, you can import a copy into your workspace.
The imported model becomes a model you can work with independently rather than changing the original Library item.
After importing, review the model and adapt it for your use case or opportunity.
Organise your models
Use folders and tags to keep your Models workspace organised.
You can also use search, filtering and sorting to find models as your workspace grows.
These organisational actions do not change a model's:
Publication state
Existing tracked links
Buyer Engagement history
Collection membership
For detailed guidance, see Folders, Tags, Search & Sort.
Publish or unpublish a model
Models can be published or unpublished from the workspace.
Publishing controls the model's publication state. It does not create a share link.
Remember:
Models created successfully with AI are automatically published.
Models created manually start unpublished.
Unpublishing a model does not delete its existing tracked links or historical Buyer Engagement data.
For a full explanation, see Publishing Content.
Share a model
Use Share when you want to provide access to a model using a shareable URL.
You can choose between tracked and untracked sharing depending on whether you want activity from the share to appear in Buyer Engagement.
You can create multiple tracked links for the same model, with each tracked link maintaining its own engagement history.
For more information, see:
Sharing Content
Tracked vs Untracked Links
Using models in Collections
ROI Models can be added to Collections alongside supporting Resources.
Adding a model to a Collection does not move or duplicate the original model. It remains available independently in My ROI Models & Calculators.
Removing the model from a Collection removes that Collection relationship without deleting the underlying model.
For more information, see Adding & Organising Collection Content.
Models used in Presentations
ROI Models can also be added to Presentations as slides.
This creates a relationship between the Presentation and the model without replacing the original model in your Models workspace.
If a model is being used elsewhere in Ekphrastic, pay attention to any dependency warnings before attempting actions that could affect that content.
Delete a model
Delete a model when you no longer need it in your workspace.
Deletion is different from unpublishing.
Deleting a model is a destructive action and can also remove information associated with that model, including:
Tracked links
Tracked-link visit history
Associated Buyer Engagement data
Ekphrastic displays a warning as part of the delete process.
Important: If you only want to remove a model from its published state, use Unpublish instead of deleting it.
Deletion should be used when you no longer need the model or its associated sharing history.

Change general model settings
Configure
Create an independent copy
Duplicate
Organise the model
Folders / Tags
See the published model
Preview
Change publication state
Publish / Unpublish
Send the model to someone
