Managing Collections
Your My Collections workspace is where you manage the curated experiences you've created from your ROI Models and Resources.
From here, you can update a Collection, manage its content, publish or unpublish it, preview it, share it or delete it when it is no longer required.
Update a Collection
Open the Collection you want to manage when you need to update its configuration or content.
You can continue refining a Collection after it has been created, allowing you to adapt the experience as an opportunity or audience changes.

Manage Collection content
A Collection can bring together existing content from across your Ekphrastic workspace, including:
ROI Models & Calculators
PDF Resources
Videos
Presentations
The Collection references this content rather than creating independent copies.
This means the underlying ROI Models and Resources remain available in their original workspaces.
Preview a Collection
Use Preview when you want to review the published Collection experience.
Preview is available when the Collection is published.
If the Collection is unpublished, Ekphrastic will indicate that workspace Preview is unavailable until it is published.
Previewing is useful before sharing a Collection so you can review the experience you've assembled.
Publish a Collection
Collections are not automatically published when they are created.
Use Publish when you're ready to place the Collection into its published state.
Publishing the Collection does not automatically publish or change the publication state of the individual ROI Models or Resources it contains.
Publishing also does not create a share link.

Unpublish a Collection
Use Unpublish when you want to remove a Collection from its published state without deleting it.
Unpublishing does not delete:
The Collection
Its underlying ROI Models or Resources
Existing tracked links
Historical Buyer Engagement data
You can publish the Collection again later if required.
Important: Unpublishing and deleting a Collection are different actions.
Share a Collection
Use Share when you want to provide someone with a link to the Collection.
You can choose between:
Tracked sharing — supported activity can appear in Buyer Engagement.
Untracked sharing — no Buyer Engagement analytics are recorded for the share.
You can create multiple tracked links for the same Collection, with each tracked link maintaining its own engagement history.

Review Collection engagement
When a Collection is shared using a tracked link, Ekphrastic can record engagement associated with that share.
Supported activity involving content opened from within the Collection can contribute to the Collection's engagement journey.
You can review this activity from Buyer Engagement.

Remove content without deleting it
If you no longer want an ROI Model or Resource to appear in a Collection, remove it from the Collection.
Removing an item:
Removes it from that Collection
Does not delete the underlying content
Leaves the item available in its original workspace
Use this when you want to change the Collection without removing the original content from Ekphrastic.

Delete a Collection
Delete a Collection when you no longer need the curated experience.
Deleting a Collection removes the Collection itself, but does not delete the ROI Models or Resources it contains.
The underlying content remains available in its respective workspace.
Deletion can, however, remove information associated specifically with the Collection, including:
Tracked links created for the Collection
Tracked-link visit history
Associated Buyer Engagement data
If you want to keep the Collection and its historical sharing information but remove it from its published state, use Unpublish instead.

What deleting a Collection does not delete
Deleting a Collection does not delete the underlying content included within it.
For example, if a Collection contains:
An ROI Model
A Presentation
A PDF
A Video
deleting the Collection leaves those four items available in their respective Models and Resources workspaces.
This makes deleting the Collection fundamentally different from deleting the content contained within it.
Collections and workspace organisation
Collections do not use the same main folder-navigation experience as ROI Models and Resources.
Folders and tags applied to underlying content are separate from Collection membership.
Changing the folder or tags of an ROI Model or Resource does not automatically add it to or remove it from a Collection.
