Understanding Your Workspace

Your Ekphrastic workspace brings together your ROI models, sales resources, Collections and buyer engagement activity.

The main areas of the workspace are designed around different stages of creating, organising, sharing and measuring your content.

ROI Models & Calculators

ROI Models & Calculators is where you create and manage your interactive business cases.

You can create a model in two ways:

  • Create with AI — describe the business case you want to model and let Ekphrastic generate a starting point.

  • Create manually — start with a blank model and build it yourself.

From your Models workspace, you can also manage existing models, organise them into folders, apply tags, duplicate models, preview published models and share them.

Resources

Resources is where you manage the supporting sales content you use alongside your ROI models.

Ekphrastic supports:

  • PDF documents

  • MP4 videos

  • PowerPoint presentations (.pptx)

Uploaded resources are processed automatically before becoming available to use.

Resources can be managed independently, shared directly, or included alongside ROI models in a Collection.

Collections

Collections let you bring multiple pieces of content together into a single curated experience.

A Collection can contain ROI models and supporting resources, allowing you to assemble relevant content for a particular opportunity or audience.

Adding content to a Collection does not move or duplicate the original item. Your models and resources remain available independently in their respective workspaces.

Buyer Engagement

Buyer Engagement helps you understand activity generated through tracked links.

When you share content using a tracked link, Ekphrastic can record engagement associated with that link, including:

  • Sessions

  • Engagement time

  • Interactions

  • Intent signals

Buyer Engagement is based on activity associated with the tracked link. It should be treated as an engagement signal rather than verified identification of the individual viewing the content.

Organising your content

ROI Models and Resources can be organised using folders and tags.

You can also use search, sorting and filters to find content within the workspace you're currently viewing.

Search is specific to each workspace. For example, searching from ROI Models searches your Models workspace rather than all content across Ekphrastic.

Collections use a simpler organisational experience and do not use the same folder navigation as Models and Resources.

Moving between workspace areas

Each main workspace serves a different purpose, but your content can work together.

For example, you might:

  1. Create an ROI model for an opportunity.

  2. Upload supporting presentations, PDFs or videos as Resources.

  3. Create a Collection containing the most relevant content.

  4. Share the model, resource or Collection.

  5. Use a tracked link when you want engagement activity to appear in Buyer Engagement.

You don't need to create a Collection before sharing content. ROI models, resources and Collections can each be managed and shared independently.
