Managing Your Account

Your Ekphrastic account provides access to your workspace, content, usage and subscription.

This section explains the account-level settings available to you and where to find information about your usage and billing.

Your Ekphrastic account

Your workspace contains the ROI Models, Resources, Collections and Buyer Engagement information associated with your account.

Account-level information also determines areas such as:

• Your subscription

• Available usage

• Storage allowance

• AI allowance

• Access to subscription management

You can manage the customer-facing account options available to you from within Ekphrastic.

Account settings

Use your account settings when you need to review or update the account options available in your workspace.

Billing and usage are managed separately from your day-to-day content.

Changing account settings does not modify the ROI Models, Resources or Collections already stored in your workspace unless Ekphrastic specifically indicates otherwise.

Your usage

Ekphrastic applies usage allowances to specific areas of the platform.

These include:

• Model usage

• AI usage

• Storage

Your current usage can be reviewed from the usage information available in your workspace.

If you reach an enforced limit, Ekphrastic will prevent the relevant action rather than allowing additional usage beyond that entitlement.

Your subscription

Your subscription determines the paid entitlement associated with your account.

If you have an active self-service subscription, use the available subscription-management options when you need to review or manage your billing.

Depending on the available billing options, subscription management may take you to the secure billing portal used by Ekphrastic.

Professional

Professional is available through Ekphrastic's self-service subscription journey.

When upgrading through Ekphrastic, the checkout process handles the payment and your account entitlement is updated after the subscription is successfully processed.

Your available usage and features depend on the entitlement associated with your account.

For current commercial details, refer to the plan information displayed within Ekphrastic.

Team plans

Team plans are handled separately from the standard self-service Professional subscription journey.

If you're interested in a Team plan, use the Contact Us option provided by Ekphrastic.

Team should not be expected to appear as a normal self-service upgrade through the Professional checkout process.

Managing billing

Billing actions available for your subscription are accessed through the subscription-management journey provided by Ekphrastic.

Use Manage Subscription when available rather than creating another subscription for the same account.

Usage and account access

Reaching a usage limit does not mean your entire workspace has been deleted or that all existing content has been removed.

Usage restrictions apply to the actions controlled by the relevant allowance.

For example, reaching an AI allowance can prevent further AI generation without deleting the ROI Models you've already created.

Similarly, insufficient storage can prevent additional Resource uploads without removing your existing Resources.

Your content

Your ROI Models, Resources and Collections are managed independently from your general account settings.

Use the relevant workspace when you want to work with content:

Need to change your plan?

If you want to move to an available self-service paid plan, use the upgrade options shown within Ekphrastic.

For Team requirements, use Contact Us rather than expecting Team to be available through standard self-service checkout.

Plan availability and commercial terms may change, so use the current plan information displayed within Ekphrastic when making a subscription decision.
