If a user’s profile is enabled, their details are now included in the generated PDF report. This includes:
First and last name
Job title
Profile picture
Email address (as a clickable mailto link)

The platform has been refactored for better performance on mobile devices, ensuring a smoother and more responsive user experience across screens.
Interaction Analytics Update We’ve made a small but impactful update to improve the accuracy of the ‘Visitor Time Engaged’ metric. Idle time—such as when the browser tab is open but not actively viewed—is now excluded, offering a more precise reflection of user engagement.
